CA 16-Hour CCW Course

This course will satisfy 16-Hours SB2 training requirements for Calaveras, Contra Costa, Solano, Napa, Sacramento, Yolo County for an Initial California concealed carry permit.

*You must be a resident of one of the listed Counties.

Here is a list of states that currently recognize a California concealed carry weapons permit. (27 states as of July 2024)

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin.

*** Although these states will recognize a California Permit - The State of California says the permit is only valid in the State of California. Because of this fact, whenever you are outside the State of California and you have another permit that is valid in the state you are visiting, use the other permit.
