 With the passage of AB 1078 - Permit holders must file a renewal application within 90 days of expiration.  This went in effect on January 1st, 2026. It added to PC 26225 section (e)

We are no longer an authorized training provider for Napa City PD. (We cannot do mods)

Effective January 1, 2026, the Napa Police Department will no longer process initial CCW permit applications. All Napa residents seeking to obtain a new CCW permit will need to contact the Napa County Sheriff’s Office. All CCW permits previously issued by Napa Police Department will remain valid until their expiration date, and we will continue to accept renewal applications through December 31, 2026.

Beginning January 1, 2027, the Napa Police Department will no longer process any CCW applications, including renewals. CCW permits issued by Napa Police Department will remain valid until their natural expiration date. Permit holders whose licenses are nearing expiration after this date will need to submit a NEW application through the Napa County Sheriff’s Office.

Effective immediately, the Richmond Rod & Gun Club (RRGC) Board of Directors has voted to prohibit the presence of the SIG Sauer P320 platform - including all variants such as the M17/M18 and any aftermarket configurations - on the action range. 

What this means to you, DO NOT bring any variant of the Sig Sauer P320 to any classes, including CCW Classes.
